Added

  • NEXRAD Level II sweeps can be chosen by elevation: usdata.readers.nexrad_sweeps(path), FetchedAsset.inspect().nexrad, and usdata inspect list each sweep's angle, moments, times, and SAILS or MRLE flag from metadata alone, for passing indices to open_nexrad(sweep=...). The catalog now lists velocity (VRADH), spectrum width (WRADH), and clutter correction (CCORH).
  • Two datasets from the Iowa Environmental Mesonet archive: noaa:nws-warnings delivers every NWS watch, warning, and advisory with its geometry (storm-based polygons and the counties and zones each product named), and noaa:spc-outlooks delivers SPC convective and fire weather outlooks selected by issuance time. Both arrive as zipped shapefiles, one per UTC month, rewritten canonically so lockfiles can pin them.
